I know how to lose weight the “ healthy way ”.
I know what a person needs to be healthy , and to be thin . I’m fully aware that I could be skinny and gorgeous if I ate 2000 calories of fruits and veggies and protein .
We all do .
We know .
Why don’t I just do it then ? I could be skinny , without passing out , without my hair falling out .

I was thinking about it , and maybe it’s because I don’t truly want to be
skinny ,
maybe I just want to be
dead .
i workout my legs 3 times a week, and they are slimming, not bulking because I eat on a deficit!! remember you can workout/tone up without becoming bulky if you eat on a deficit!
!!!! i wish ppl would understand this!!! u can get toned and slim down if u strength train! u won’t get bulky and huge bc ur still in a deficit but u will tone up and slim down!!! eat/drink ur protein too!
